Exercise shortcuts for Versa 3

I have replaced my Fitbit with a Versa 3 and I can't delete exercise shortcuts as that option no longer  shows on the APP. How do I do that?

For V3, Exercise Shortcuts are off the phone app, all on the wrist.  The 3  most recently used ones are shown first, then all of the others.  Once you use one, it gets moved to the top of the list, intelligently re-ordering itself to automatically put your favorites first.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
