Hello @Chimchim224 and welcome to the Help forum. I haven't gotten the update yet, so I can't reproduce your problem (yet). Can give more details? Does the app crash when you try to view your graph? Do you get a graph with no data on it?

Since my app updated yesterday, when checking my sleep score I noticed the Restoration graph that shows my resting heart rate is no longer showing the graphic. It is logging the heart rate while sleeping just not displaying it on the graph. Any ideas?

After recent update of IOS App (v 3.40) and Charge 4 firmware my Sleeping Heart Rate remains blank.
Anybody has noticed that too?

Same issue for me. The Sleeping Heart Rate graph under Sleep Restoration is blank starting a few days ago. The graph is blank for days prior to the start of this issue, where it previously showed data.
Fitbit app v3.40
iOS 14.4.1

This is happening to me to. No data is recorded when I try to access sleep stages. My app is now in wrist band mode and does record my heartbeat when I am awake, so I don’t know why it isn’t found sleep analytics.

Hi everybody! Thank you for your message and report. I've notified our team and they are investigating this situation.
In order for them to look into it, the ones that haven't provided phone model, the OS version installed, could you please provide them?
Also it would be very helpful if you could attach a screenshot where you see the sleep score and the restoration tile is not shown.
I'll be expecting your reply!

@JuanFitbit That isn't quite an accurate description of the problem, at least not as I'm seeing it. The Restoration tile IS present. When I click the Restoration tile to view the Sleeping Heart Rate graph, the graph is present but there is no data on the graph. If I check the graph for days last week that definitely had data before, the graphs for those days are now blank as well. I don't know if this is useful, but I searched the forums and found there was a similar (same?) problem back in August which was reportedly resolved with update 3.29.

@JuanFitbit I am using an iPhone 6s, running iOS 14.4.1. My Fitbit app is v.3.40. My screen is exactly like the one posted by @Pvey.
I want to add that when I checked this morning, I still had v.3.39 and the sleeping heart rate graph was there. I did a manual app update and the graph was gone. Previous days' graphs are also missing.
