Exercise tile not updating to 5 days correctly

"X of Y days exercising this week" stat seems buggy.  I know that I should have more days exercising than it always reports.  I change time zones often, but I have seen it even during weeks where I haven't traveled.  When I am missing days, I go to look at the exercise logs and see days where nothing appears, even though the overall stats show steps and well over a hundred minutes exercised.  Also, note that I exercised 5 of 5 days last week, down 3 days since last week.  Eight days a week?  Isn't that a Beatles song?  Note that it should have been at least 6 of 5 days, even according to my phone app (second picture).  And, no Sunday appears (and it should).

Thanks!

Hello there @firemagius! Thanks for proving those screenshots with the data shown in your Fitbit app.

It seems the Fitbit app is not updating correctly the information from our servers in which case I would like to suggest you the following:

  • Force-quit the app and open it again, if this doesn't solve the issue:
  • Make sure that your Fitbit app is update
  • Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.

I did as suggested, but none of my information looks to be added back. Looking at the recent history, Wednesdays and Sundays do not seem to exist. There is hardly any activity listed for these days. I have to go back to April 3rd to see any listed for a Wednesday, and April 7th for a Sunday. It is extremely rare for me to have a day without more than 10K steps or 60 minutes of exercise.

Regards,
-V

Hello there @firemagius! Thanks for following the recommendations provided and for taking a look at each day individually.

I suggest to keep an eye on this the rest of this week and also the next one. If the issue persists, let me know. I'll be more than glad to report this to our team and see what could be happening.

Always make sure to take a look at: What should I know about exercise goals in the Fitbit app?

Keep me in the loop!
