Exercise tile/tab not responsive

Beginning on 4 June, my iPhone Fitbit no longer recognizes exercise events. It records them sporadically, 2-3 times per month, with no rhyme or reason. Everything else automatically makes a record of the event. What gives?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, and let me help you out! Just to clarify, do you mean that your exercises aren't logged in the Fitbit app? Are you using a Fitbit device to record those exercises or a 3rd party app? By everything else automatically recording, do you refer to your basic stats (steps, calories, distance, etc)?

If you've not done so, please try the following:

1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
2. Make sure the Fitbit app is updated in your phone.
3. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
4. Log back in your Fitbit account and try logging your exercises one more time.
