It keeps happening! I exercise 4-6 days a week, it logs it on my exercise tab and then randomly it’s gone! I go from having 3/4 days logged and then randomly I’m back at 0 during the week. Went i look online at my dashboard for previous weeks, it’s not there either! I’ve have tried everything, all the resets removed app reinstalled, etc. I’ve posted on here for help and nothing. I’ve had my new charge 3 for only a few months. iOS app is making me frustrated!

Best AnswerThroughout the most recent few days any extra calories I have picked up from exercise (steps signed on my iPhone 6s) continue vanishing from the application. They show up on the site, and at times show up in the application, however then all of a sudden vanish once more. This is exceptionally baffling - I have an additional 570 calories today on the off chance that I sign onto the site, yet none on the application.
