Experiencing partial functionality with the new iPhone X using iOS 11.2.1 (15C153)
The only things that work are the silent alarms.
Does not track any data (steps, etc.)
Will not allow all day sync or notifications (error 304)
Battery level always displays FULL
It “says” it syncs & appears in Bluetooth

Welcome aboard @Mandrax! Thanks for bringing this up to my attention. I wanted to step in and inform you that iPhone X is not yet listed as compatible on fitbit.com/devices and that is the reason why you have been experiencing partial functionality with your Flex 2 and your iPhone X. Therefore, some or all functionalities may or may not always work at a 100%.
If possible, try syncing via a device listed as supported or using a computer. Our team is always working to test and add more iOS devices to the supported devices list, so keep an eye open for updates!
See you around. ![]()
