Turn off Bluetooth, turn it back on, and then open the Fitbit app. If your tracker didn't sync, force quit the Fitbit app and open it again. If your tracker didn't sync, reboot your mobile device and then open the Fitbitapp again. If your tracker didn't sync, restart your tracker.
1. On the mobile device that is bonded with your tracker, open your Settings >Bluetooth settings.
2. Make sure Bluetooth is turned off. You can now sync your tracker to another mobile device or your computer.
3. When you want to re-enable notifications, turn Bluetooth back on.
