I have tried every help tip and called customer service and still my HR will not sync to my IPhone!! I have tried removing the HR from my account as a last resort and now I can no longer reconnect it to my account. Will the Fitbit company ever help those that are having this problem. My HR is still showing the date Apr 10. HELP!!!!

Welcome to our Community @Nursey04! Thanks for stopping by! Man HappyI'd appreciate you make sure your Internet and Bluetooth connection are working properly. Also, can you let me know if you're receiving any error message? Then, please follow these steps:

1. Restart your tracker by following the steps in this thread.
2. After your tracker has restarted, reboot your iOS device.
3. Open the Fitbit app, tap "Join Fitbit,” and then proceed through the setup process.

Hope this helps, let me know the outcome! Robot Happy

Turn off Bluetooth, turn it back on, and then open the Fitbit app. If your tracker didn't sync, force quit the Fitbit app and open it again. If your tracker didn't sync, reboot your mobile device and then open the Fitbitapp again. If your tracker didn't sync, restart your tracker.

1. On the mobile device that is bonded with your tracker, open your Settings >Bluetooth settings.
2. Make sure Bluetooth is turned off. You can now sync your tracker to another mobile device or your computer.
3. When you want to re-enable notifications, turn Bluetooth back on.
