Hey hey hey @Loreliterary welcome to our Community! It's great to see you around! I noticed @Odyssey13 provided you with a great article that can help you resolve your issue. I'd like to add that something that has worked for most of the people that are experiencing the same issue is to set up your tracker as a new device by following these instructions. Note that if you have not synced in over 24 hours, your activity data for previous days will be lost and only today's data will remain.
