Hi @SunsetRunner. Welcome to the forums. I'm sorry for the delayed response.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention and let me help you with your inquiry. Let me clarify that currently the Fitbit app doesn't have the option to log in using face recognition. To log in, you'll need to enter your email address and password used when creating your account. If you're having issues with that, you can always reset your password to get access.
When I first downloaded the Fitbit app it set up Face ID. After it updated I can’t get Face ID to enable? How can I get Face ID back on the app?
Best AnswerAs @LizzyFitbit said, you cannot open the Fitbit app with Face ID. But you can check your iPhone’s setting to make sure Face ID is turned on. On a Face ID compatible Apple product, open Settings then Face ID & Passcode.
