I am switching to a new phone, and trying to get my Fitbit data before deleting the app from the old device. Google Takeout has an option to export Fitbit data. In the Fitbit iOS app there was an option to export data. I had tried to export the data earlier this month, but was quite ill and ended up missing the date to download it. Attempts to export activity data or to export all data resulted in a Takeout folder (as a .zip file) containing just archive_browser.html with the statements:
Fitbit
No data found
Fitbit
0 files exported successfully
Please advise: How do I get my stored activity data. I have previous data exports, but none are recent. I found a similar issue in Community, but there was no answer to that person's post. Input from a Google rep would be appreciated.
