This is the error message that comes up when I try to log in to my FITBIT app:
'Failed to log in
Your phone's time doesn't look quite right. Open the settings app, then go to the general section, then date and time, and flip the 'set automatically' switch to on.

I've done the above to try and rectify the problem and have since opened/closed the app and restarted my phone as well as rebooted my FITBIT. I still cannot login. Any suggestions would be helpful! I need to sync for a challenge I'm winning!
Thanks 😊

It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community @Walker1234. Congratulations for being ahead in your challenge! To resolve the login issue please uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app. This should get you back on track. Rest assured, your synced data won't be affected. Hope this helps.

I moved this thread to the iOS app board because it's more related to the topic. Keep up the super stepping. Cat Happy

I'm having the same issue.  My time and date settings are set to automatic, I've unistalled and reinstalled the app and I've reset my phone.  Please help.

Hello @Jennergy, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community! Smiley Happy

Are you still getting the same error message when trying to log in? If so, please go to Settings > General > Date & Time and disable Set Automatically. After that, select your timezone, close the Settings and restart your phone. Then, repeat the process, only this time, enable Set Automatically once again.

I hope this can be helpful, keep me posted if you need anything else! Smiley Wink
