Failure to sync

iPhone 5S with everything up to date.

I tried to sync my blaze with my phone and it gets half way and just starts from the beginning.  I restarted both devices with no luck.

Any thoughts?

As your Blaze is not properly syncing after restarting it and restarting your phone I would like to suggest setting your Blaze up as a new device to restart the connection between your devices. 

 

To set it up as a new device:

  1. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone, check if Blaze is on the list of paired devices, if it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device. Then restart your phone
  2. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account tab at the bottom of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  3. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue.
  4. When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.
