False Low battery

My fitbit charge HR just arrived yesterday and its awesome. However, the Iphone app always show low battery, even after I just charge it to full. I can see this problem is pretty common but I cant find any solution for it (yet). I dont see turning off the battery noti a solution at all.

Any ideas? Or is it a defective unit and I need to send it back? Thanks

I just received my Charge HR yesterday but I noticed that the battery level displayed on the phone app is always low, even if i sync my fitbit with my phone right after charging to full. I can see this problem quite common but cant find any solution yet (besides turning the battery noti off, which is not a solution at all).

Any idea? Or is it a defective unit and I need to send it back (i hope not as it seems to work perfectly fine with other functions).

Thanks

Welcome to our Community my friend @Diablogt! It's great to see you around! Cat Very HappyI'd like you to know that you will receive a low battery notification whenever your battery is lower than 20%. What's important to note is that the battery level displayed in the Fitbit App is the battery level from the last time you synced your tracker. Syncing your tracker will update the battery level in your app to the current level.

Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes! Cat Very Happy

I wish there was a way to see an accurate battery level. From what I can tell there is only two ways to check the battery level.

One being plug it in and see where the charge reads to which is very inconvenient but seems to be the only way to get an accurate reading.

The other way being syncing with the app and checking it's reading there but there only seems to be three states it reads there, Full, Medium, and Low. Which is pretty vague at best.. I would love to see an actual bar like when charging or a percentage on either the app or the device itself (I use a Charge HR).
