Time on my Fitbit

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.
The time on my Fitbit is 30 min faster than my phone. It will sync to my phone but the time won't change. It also resets my steps at noon rather than midnight. I have tried a hard restart and changing my time zone. Got any other suggestions?

Welcome to the Community @Marmar816. If your tracker is not showing the correct time, I recommend changing your timezone to a complete different one, sync your tracker, after that put the correct time and sync your tracker one more time.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome! Woman Happy

Hi @Nana63, I'd recommend the following steps:

1. Restart your tracker.

2. Reboot your iOS device.

3. Open your iOS settings > turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds > and then turn Bluetooth back on.

4. Re-pair your tracker to your account using the replacement setup process. Click here for instructions.

Also, you should be able to change your tracker's time in the advance settings section of the iOS App. Click here for more details.

Hope this helps you get back on track!

It's not working. I'm not sure what to do. This is my second Fitbit bc the first one would not work after I got it. The time is still 30 min ahead and my Fitbit resets at noon and not midnight.

@Marmar816 I'd recommend restarting your tracker and then making sure that your timezone settings are correct. You can do this by:

1. Click the account button in the iOS App.

2. Click Advanced Settings.

3. Either toggle 'Set Automatically' or manually select your time zone.

4. Sync your tracker in order for the changes to take effect.

Hope this helps you out!
