There was a thread but it was closed. It's not resolved. It's still an issue. There has been no integration with Apple Health.
All we get is the same generic reply "With regards to Apple Health, we continue to evaluate new partners and will update if we have news to share. Fitbit has a history of working with the community to bring potential features to reality, and we thank you for taking the time to share your ideas and suggestions."
I have already dumped my Fitbit and moved to an Apple Watch. It's my data. Why can't I sync it with Apple Health? How does GDPR affect Fitbit now it has come into force?

Unfortunately fitbit don't see this as an issue. Threads are marked as solved when the question has been answered e.g. can fitbit link with apple health? Answer: no
It may not be the answer you want but it is an answer. If you want things to change then that's where the feature suggestions come in. I see from your other posts you are already aware of this.
My thoughts on apple integration is: Why would they? They are competitors. What's in it for either side to link to the other. I can see the benefits for us but not for them.
I don't known whether it's fitbit or apple (or both) that doesn't want to move on this but I wouldn't expect anything to happen soon.

Thanks for your feedback @honglong1976. Great help @SteveH!
We really appreciate your comments about having this option. As mentioned before, we are always looking for ways you can use your data to support your health and fitness goals. For the past few years, we’ve been the leader in developing direct partnerships through our open API with hundreds of the most popular health apps, wellness programs, incentive systems, and other services that have enabled people like you to make the most of your products and data.
In addition, the launch of Fitbit Ionic has given us the opportunity to allow third party developers to develop apps for the Fitbit App Gallery through our SDK, providing opportunities to offer even more features and apps to our global Fitbit community from our developer community.
With regards to your proposed integrations, we continue to evaluate new partners and will update you if we have news to share. Fitbit has a history of working with the community to bring potential features to reality, and we thank you for taking the time to share your ideas and suggestions.
Other than this, we don't have more details to add. But we well let you know if anything changes.
Thanks for your understanding.
