After the IOS update my Chard 2 is not syncing my weekly exercise goal. It says how many active minutes I have but that is it. The only way for my weekly goal to show is for me to actually start the exercise count on my watch.
I have already tried:
1. Resetting watch 3 times
2. changing the minutes of consecutive exercise
3. shutting down app disconnecting from bluetooth and turning off the phone
* i have an iphone 8 plus if that helps
Help me please.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for reporting this to us. I would like to thank you also for the list of troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. At this moment I would like to suggest you to try the following:
If your exercises are still not showing up in the app, please reply to me with a screenshot of what you're able to see in the app, this will be very helpful for me to check this further.
