Is it possible to change the settings in the app so I can track how many grams of carbs, protein, fat, etc., that I am taking in?

Hello @Loc98, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for posting your question. Please note that at this moment it's not possible to track macronutrients in grams in the Fitbit app, the macronutrients will show as percentages. However, if you'd like to check the macronutrients of your food logs in grams you can do it by going to the Food Section of the online Dashboard.

I understand how important for you is to have this information available in the app, so I would like to suggest you to check @LucieRuzickova's suggested idea to implement this feature in a future update. Feel free to add your vote and comment, this is the best way to make your voice heard and get the attention from our development team.

I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.

@Loc98 and @MarcoGFitbit -

Maybe a fuller implementation would be my suggestion:
