While I am too irritated, I think we all might need to pause for a moment and reflect. We are complaining, (if I have this straight), that our handheld computers, are not communicating with our wrist computers and we are wholly inconvenienced by the fact that this technology isn’t working for, what I would imagine in the grand scheme of things, will be a relatively short period of time. One would have to know that FitBit techs are feverishly trying to resolve this, NOT sitting idly by reveling in pissing off their valued customers.
We (myself included) need to give our collective heads a shake if this minor glitch is causing us irreparable grief.
There are far greater woes in this world to worry about. Right?

Hi @Kayaygee. It's nice to see you around the Forums.
Thanks for your positive attitude, as well for taking the time to share your comments about the issues experienced after updating to iOS 13. After an OS update, our team works on the Fitbit app so it can met the conditions of this update and communicate with your Fitbit device. Our team has also received feedback from our users and be sure that every comment is taken into consideration to improve our overall environment. If you continue having issues to sync your Fitbit device, let me recommend to check the steps from this help article which have helped others.
I'll be around, so keep me posted.
