I've been satisfactorily using my versa 3 for almost a year.
till recently, I travelled to Iran, but the application stopped providing services.
I understood that Fitbit is banned providing service in Iran.
But it is not fair for any political reasons or whatsoever the service is banned for ordinary citizens living in a country and tourists travel

Thanks for sharing these details. I understand where you're coming from and I'm sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. Before anything else, let me clarify that the Fitbit app should work well regardless of your location. However, take in mind some features such as SpO2 or voice assistant which are included in your Versa 3, need to be approved in each country you visit in order to work correctly.
That being said, could you provide me with more details of the issues you're having? Did you make sure to have the Fitbit app updated? Also, have you tried any troubleshooting steps prior to posting? Please reply with these details as this will help me to further investigate.
