Blaze stopped syncing to my iPhone XR

My Blaze suddenly stopped syncing to my Iphone XR.  Attempts unsuccessfully to refresh. Any thoughts?  This has happened a few times in the past.  Wish I could remember how to fix this.

Have you checked to make sure you are connected to the Bluetooth on your mobile device? It it is indeed connected try turning the Bluetooth off then on again. If that doesn’t help your syncing issues try logging out of the Fitbit App, turn your phone off for 1-2 mins then restart your phone and log back into your Fitbit App. Are you now syncing? While Bluetooth is turned off, restart/soft reset your iPhone.Then head back to Settings-> Bluetooth menu and toggle the switch to turn Bluetooth ON again. Wait for all available Bluetooth devices to populate. Select your Fitbit device then tap the option to pair or connect.
