The fiber tracker says I have had 9 grams of fiber for each day in the last month which is incorrect. Is there any way I can get this feature to work? I have the Inspire Fitbit watch. I signed up for the free 1 year of Premium and followed the directions about where to look up nutrients under Macronutrients but it is not correct.

I do enter manually so I called Fitbit support and they told me the fiber tracker only works on the website and not the app. I was able to see my correct intake on the website. Thanks, A

@AimeeT Hello! I'm not sure if this is a Premium problem of an app problem. Are you using Android or iOS?

@AimeeT When you enter in foods -- are you scanning them or are these foods you are creating manually? It could be that if you are scanning the barcodes or if you are selecting from the database of foods, they are wrong.

@AimeeT That's great info to know! I didn't know that either, so I'm glad I learned something new. 🙂
