Hello @IzzyFitzz and @Mistyclouds, thanks for joining us, it's great to have you on board! Smiley Happy

@IzzyFitzz, if you're still not able to log in to your account, I would like to suggest going to your phone settings, then to General > Date & Time and make sure Set Automatically is enabled. Then, open the Fitbit app and try to log in again.

@Mistyclouds and @IzzyFitzz, if your tracker is still not syncing correctly, please check @HelenaFitbit's excellent tips and recommendations that have been proven very helpful for many members in your situation.

I hope this can be helpful, in case you need anything else please keep me posted! Smiley Wink

Yes I have had exactly the same problem for two days and tried the same fixes and it will still not sync with I pad ,any ideas from some experts out there

The syncing works sporadically.  I have tried all the fixes but it only syncs when it wants to so I do not have a permanent fix.

@MarcoGFitbit

I too am having the same iPhone 7 connection issues as @IzzyFitzz  & @Mistyclouds

My Fitbit One only shows calories burned, currently on my iPhone, nothing else. I can view my steps, etc on my One device tracker, but it doesn't upload to my new iPhone 7. I have read, reviewed and tried all of your suggestions, including  tips and recommendations of @HelenaFitbit and sadly, none of these trouble shooting actions that I have attempted, still have not remedied the situation.

Please advise me what I can do for my special "un"connection issues.

I'm on iPhone 5c but for the last few days mine will not synch. I've tried

restarting fitbit

restarting bluetooth

removing the app

removing the device from the app

checked iOS version, location services and auto date and time settings and cannot get my Fitbit to link. Ive removed it so tried adding it back to the app and the dashboard found it but when I get to enter the code as displayed on my Fitbit the screen freezes. Really don't know what else to try

Hello @IzzyFitzz and @Mistyclouds, I hope you're doing well. Welcome to the Community, @bridgeview@clearingmymind and @Blondie_eab, it's awesome to have you on board.

@IzzyFitzz, thanks for taking the time to update me, I'm very glad your issue has now been resolved.

@Mistyclouds@bridgeview and @clearingmymind having restarting your trackers and followed @HelenaFitbit's recommendations I would like to suggest setting up your tracker as a new device to reset the connection between devices.

To set it up as a new device:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account tab at the bottom of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  2. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
  3. When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.

@Blondie_eab, as you've already tried to set up your tracker as a new device, my recommendation would be restarting your phone, restarting your tracker once again and then try to set it up as a new device one more time making sure there are no other Bluetooth devices around.

I hope this can be helpful, if you have any other doubt or concern or if there's anything else I can help you with, please keep me posted. Smiley Happy

MarcoGFitbit,

Thanks for your quickly reply. I have done as you have suggested and get
to the "Not working?' screen. I have done steps 1,2 & 3 on that screen,
and the "loading circle is displayed" along with the words "Searching..."
As I am into 45 minutes of trying this, I am sorry to say, my Fitbit One is
still not syncing with my iPhone 7. Can you tell me, is there anything
more I can do from my end?

Same issues here. Told my phone to forget my Blaze and now I can't set it up as a new device. About to give up for good.

I've been having the same problem!  Not only that, but the app closes after 15 seconds and if I'm lucky I can get a full minute.
