Fit bit not keeping history

I recently bought the charge HR. The first few weeks I had no issues with synching and the app. Now though the app does not seem to keep my history. It is synching daily information but when it changes to the next day my previous day's information is no longer on the app. It has not saved any information in 10 days. What can I do?

It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community @Lpguy13. The app should keep all your history everytime you sync your tracker. I would recommend force syncing your Charge HR to see if this does the trick. If you are still unable to see your data please try to sync using a computer. Let me know how it goes.

I'm having the same problem. My steps from yesterday were appearing on my phone yesterday, but today they're gone. ALL my history is 0 steps except for today. and it did the same thing yesterday....

@Absolutad Welcome to the Fitbit Community. This might be an issues during the syncing process. Please try these troubleshooting steps. This might help to resolve issue.

How do you force sync? The HR doesn't come with a dongle, do you sync with the computer?

Thanks for joining us @rjskal. The Fitbit Charge HR actually comes with a charging cable and a dongle to sync with the computer. If your Fitbit box didn't bring the dongle please be so kind to contact Customer Support. They might be able to provide further assistance.

Thanks. I'll check my box for the dongle. I deleted the app, reinstalled it and rebooted my phone. That fixed the problem.

Note that the tiles below the daily stats tile show your most recent information, even if you're looking at your stats for another day. To view your stats for a previous day, tap the individual tiles to see your history.
