I'd recommend restarting your Alta if you haven't already. Click here for instructions.
Afterwards, I'd then recommend rebooting your iOS device, turning off your iOS Bluetooth for 10 seconds and then turning it back on, and then opening the Fitbit App to initiate a sync.
