FitBit Alta will not set up to any device

I have tried every way indicated on here to set up my new FitBit Alta but it will not get past the setup screen.  I have tried pairing it with an iPod 5, iPhone 6 and my MacBook Pro to no avail.  It is fully charged, I have reset it numerous times, turned bluetooth off and on.  Any other suggestions?

Ugh, no. I can’t get past the the “I agree “

button for the set up. It’s so frustrating. I’ve deleted the app several times, Restarted my phone, and even updated my phone. Nothing.
