Hi there,  this morning. My iOS app has logged me out and I cannot get back in. I have tried to reset my password but I am not getting the email link. I can use the password online ok so am wondering what is preventing me from using the app?

can anyone help?

Think its a full ios thing as mine has and have seen other people's have too
