Why will the app no longer stay logged in? I have to log in everyday - which is frustrating.

Hello! iPhone 7 with iOS 11. Since the "upgrade" to 11, the iOS app logs out/times out every few days. Is there a cookie associated with the log-in?  Thanks for the answer(s).
