Unable to sync Fitbit on my iPhone 6s since the recent update to v 10.2. Plugged in, the Fitbit displays an "I". App Store says Fitbit app is up to date.

Hello @Sharen0117, have a warm welcome to the Community!, it's great to have you on board.

Is your tracker displaying a half-filled bar with an exclamation point? If so, please try to add your tracker as a new device to remove this bar. Dont' worry, this won't remove any of the previous information in your account.

To set it up as a new device:

  1. Restart your tracker and leave it plugged in and charging.
  2. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
  3. Restart your phone
  4. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account tab at the bottom of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  5. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
  6. When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.

I hope this information can be useful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else! Smiley Wink
