Need help for charge 2

My sister set up her Fitbit charge 2 on my iPad and then I set up mine on my moms iPhone, now my sister has an iPod for her Fitbit and I can't seem to pair my Fitbit up on my IPad. Please Help Me!!!

Hello @Nickedeer, thanks for joining us. It's great to have you on board. 

 

It seems that when you set up your tracker to your mom's iPhone, the Bluetooth bond was kept on the iPhone. Please check the Bluetooth settings on your mom's iPhone to see if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device. Then try to sync with your iPad. 

 

Please note that if the tracker is already paired to your account, you won't need to pair it again, simply open the App and log in with your credentials. Additionally, if your tracker is still not syncing, please try to restart it, turn the Bluetooth off for 15 seconds and turn it back in.
