FitBit app will not save calories in info after I add in the food.

Help! For the first time my fitbit app is not retaining the info I put in for my food intake. I select the foods, hit save, just like always and when I go to my dashboard it still says 0 calories eaten. Has this happened to anyone? I have tried several times. it wasn't saving my water intake either, but for whatever reason that just started working.

I’m having the same issue with adding a new food and my Alta HR won’t accept the calories. I tried three times. I tried resetting it, but that made no difference. I’m also experiencing it not recognizing my walls. I walked 56 minutes last week and it did not recognize even though I have it set to recognize 15 minutes. Very frustrated. I’m spending way too much time dealing with all these problems.

Hi! I have the same issue. My app won't keep my calorie intake but it doesn't seem to work either when I log to my dashboard on the Fitbit site. Doesn't save calorie intake either 😕

I've got the same issue since 30 Mar 2021. All logged eaten calories were stored on phone, but aren't shown on the graph and aren't displayed on the Dashboard. It seems they are not transferred to the Fitbit storage. I've tried to reinstall the application and after that everything logged after 29 Mar 2021 disappeared at all (((

Ever since the last update and the “recipe” stuff was added, the food section is all jacked. In a bunch of ways. Surely y’all know this by now. When are you going to fix it?  I think the saying “you had one job” certainly applies here.
