FitBit on 'PC' to Brazil customer. How to do this?

Hello

I have a Fitbit Versa 3.

I would also like to start the synchronism on my work computer.

Download the program, but an installation has not started.

I believe because the country 'Brazil' does not appear to select.

Is there a way to synchronize on the 'PC' even in Brazil?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and I'll help you to get your watch syncing with your computer. Before anything else, may I know the operative system of your computer (e.g., Mac, Windows 10, etc) Does it have built Bluetooth connection? Also, could you please confirm whether you have the Versa, Versa Lite or Versa 2? These details will help me to further investigate.

Keep in mind that the Versa family cannot set up or sync with a computer. To do that you'll need to have a compatible mobile device.

Yes, there is a Bluetooth connection.
