Unable to access historical data

  • iPhone stopped letting me access historical data on sleep, weight, exercise etc.

Hi @oshidashi. Welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry for the delayed response.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. While it's odd that you don't access to your historical data, let me help you with this. Before anything else, do you see an error message where your data should be displayed? Have you made sure to update the Fitbit app to the latest version?

I'd recommend to give a try to the following:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  3. Verify that you have a stable internet connection.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.
  5. Check you're able to see your historical data this time.

Perfect, I quit and reinstalled the Fitbit app and it works perfectly again. Thank you!
