I cannot access any of the data or add or change entries into any of the dashboard tiles. Nothing happens when I tap a tile. For example, I wanted to review my heart rate for the day and cannot open the data. I also cannot set a Start Sleep Log or enter any food or water. Both my app and my iPhone are up to date. This has happened a number of times.
even posting this was an issue - so far no luck.

Thanks for sharing that the tiles on the Fitbit app dashboard are unresponsive, as well for keeping everything up to date. I understand the impact this has for you and let's work on this together! Just to confirm, do you recall when this started to happen? Also, may I know your phone's model and iOS version?
