Live Heart Rate not showing on Fitbit app

Hi.  I have looked through all the topics about this issue and most seem device (Charge 3) setting centered.  My device tracks my heart rate real time, but I can't seem to get my regular Fitbit app (not the coaching app) for iOS to show my heart rate real time.  It just shows me the resting heart rate on the main dashboard of the phone app.  I tried everything, but can't seem to get it to work.  My device is less than a month old.  Please... can anyone help.  Thanks.

Hi @stargaize. Welcome. It's great to have you on board!

Thanks for letting me know about the Fitbit app not showing your live heart rate as well for your research about this issue. In this case, I'd recommend the following steps so the live data function can work on the Fitbit app:

  1. Go to your fitbit.com dashboard and log in.
  2. Click on the gear icon at the upper right corner > Charge 3 image.
  3. Scroll down and enable the "Live Data" to view real-time data.
  4. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version.
  5. Open the Fitbit app on your phone, tap your profile's icon > Charge 3 image.
  6. Turn off and on the All-Day Sync. Make sure to have the Bluetooth enabled so your tracker can communicate with the Fitbit app to show your live data.

Give it a try and let me know how it goes.
