A warm welcome to the Forums @Cuttlefish310. If you are having syncing problems, I recommend verifying if your tracker is paired. You can do this by opening the Fitbit app and see if there's a Flex tile. If it is not, please follow the Setup Procedure to paired the Fitbit Flex.
