Fitbit won't sync

I got my Fitbit on Black Friday and I'm already having issues. My app says that my Fitbit hasn't synced for about a week. Every time I open the app and wait for it to sync it just says looking. It is fully charge and responds perfectly when I tap it. I read on another help post that I should remove my flex and set it up again in the app. I tried this but it won't even find my tracker to set it up again!! I'm very frustrated 😕

@Allison33210 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Try to do a restart, that must help with this syncing issue. Also, turn off your Bluetooth for about 10 seconds and turn it back on, then reboot your phone. Log out from the app and log back in, then try to set it up again. That should fix the problem.
