I'm having similar problems with my charge. I can't get mine to sync and the time and date is off on it. It just happened a couple days ago when it died. The bluetooth is still working because it buzzes when I get a phone call so I can't figure out what the problem is.
Best AnswerMine is doing same as yours. My time has been off for months and can't seem to get it back on track. It won't sync to my phone or Ipad. I will track my steps but won't link the steps to my phone so I can keep track of them. I have deleted the app from my phone and reinstalled it (several times) and it still won't work correctly. I contacted Fitbit and they sent me directions to redo something and that didn't even work. This have been the case for over 4 months now and it hasn't been corrected yet.
I have a Charge HR and a iPhone 6 running ios 9.2. When I got the Charge 3 mths ago it all hooked up fine and synced good. Since Jan 3rd it wont sync with the iPhone and syncs with the iMac but give partial or bad data. I've rebooted both several times to no avail and am very frustrated. I find myself not wearing it and running it down to my friends. I don't know what to do. Should I delete it from everything and try setting it up all ovr again.
