FitBit2 Hasn't Updated

I took off the FitBit last night because I had a hive near it and it made the hive itch more.  When I put it on this morning it gave me old news: that it needed to be charged, even though I had charged it all night long. Bluetooth can't connect to it.

 

What do I do?

I'd recommend following our wear and care guide by keeping the band clean, keeping it dry, and giving your wrist a break. Please visit https://www.fitbit.com/productcare for more information.

 

If the problem persists, please don't hesitate to contact our Support Team for additional help.

 

It sounds like your tracker didn't get charged for some reason, I'd also recommend the tips mentioned here to ensure that it gets charged.
