FitBit2 won't sync or even appear -- after new Iphone update last night

I have done everything suggested -- steps that have always worked before: on/off bluetooth, on/off phone; finally, remove devices and reinstall. And that is where I hit a new obstacle: I am trying to install Charge2 and when it asks me to accept conditions, I try to check yes and keep getting an error message that says  Bluetooth must be turned on. But Bluetooth most definitely *is* turned on.I have checked, recheck and tried repeatedly. Have gotten to this point repeatedly. Seems to be a software problem. FitBit, can you help?!

Hello @Ross_C

I see your having a syncing issue at the moment. I also can see you have done quite a bit of troubleshooting to solve the issue as well. I’m not sure if when you said removed devices and reinstall if that meant that you just reinstalled the Fitbit App. If not I really think deleting the Fitbit App would be your best corse of action. (You will not lose data doing this) Once you delete the app then make sure you turn off your device then wait 1-2 mins then turn your device back one. Check again if your Bluetooth is indeed on and if so head to the App Store and download the Fitbit App. Then login as you normally do with email address and password. Wait for the Bluetooth prompts to pair and of course always say yes.

😉 I hope doing this gives you an answer to your issue.
