Won't sync---and this is my third replacement

I am so over the customer support at FitBit.  I have a Charge 3 that only works sporadically.  I am on my third replacement and they keep wanting to send me a new one.  That doesn't solve the problem. 

 

Can someone please help me?

Hi @MZDIXON  this is the community forums and we're all regular users of Fitbit devices. You need to get with customer support, as they are the ones to talk to and who make decisions regarding replacements. What exactly is the problem with your Charge 3? You might find some tips here to get it going. What phone and platform are you using?

I'm sorry but I have spent the last hour with customer support and am not satisfied with their customer service. 

 

I have a iPhone 8.
