Fitbit 2 is not connecting

Yesterday I received my fitbit flex 2.

I have downloaded the fitbit app on my Iphone 6.

I have fully charged my fitbit flex 2.

In the app I went to set up yoour fitbit flex 2

By searching the tracker is found.

I have tapped the tracker twice.

My phone says now: Connecting to Fitbit - and I wait, wait, wait and so on

There is notting happenend next.

What is the problem?????

Hey, @chrispie! Welcome aboard. Please try to log out from the App, reboot your phone, log back in and then start the setup process one more time, if this doesn't work either, you can set it up using a computer and then you will be able to sync normally with your iPhone.

Hello there! My Fitbit is synced but it displays the wrong time. How can I fix this? I have it in the right time zone (Los Angeles) but it's still off by like two hours.

Hey, @omar8six! Welcome aboard. Hmmm..just a question, have you tried to change the time zone, save the changes, and sync between these changes. If you haven't please give it a try, doesn't matter to what time you change it, is just to reset the option.

Hi.. I have been using fitbit Flex-2 since 2-3 months now.

Suddenly since last week I am facing problem of synching with the app. I updated the app for the same, but it din not solve the problem.

I have tried re-booting my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

However, still I am facing the same problem.

Please suggest what to do???
