The lights on my Fitbit 2 light only when charging. No lights when I tap or for alerts. It does vibrate for alerts but no lights. Help!

Which tracker are you using at the moment? Have you tried restarting your tracker lately? If you've already restarted it and it's still not displaying lights (only vibrating) when you receive a notification, let's restart them. First, go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices; if it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device. Then, restart your phone and open the Fitbit app, go to Account > Your Tracker > Notifications and enable them once again.

I hope this can be helpful, in case you need anything else, please feel free to reply! Smiley Wink

I tried the fix of turning the fitbit off and on then deleting from the iPhone app and pairing it again. Tapped twice on the wrist band no lights. any other fix suggested? It does transmit data to the app, but not light patterns at notifications.

Did you restart your tracker as suggested above? When you charge it, do the lights turn on? If not, please let me know so I can check this further for you.

Embarrassing to report that I had my fitbit in the wristband the wrong way. The lights were lighting up my wrist, not the little holes in the band. Ugh. Well, I'm old and this stuff is very new! Thanks for your welcome and your good advice. It's all working fine now. latelearner
