Fitbit says I had a Fitbit account in 2015, but I did not

I became a member in 2023!

As long as the data reflects you activity, I'm not sure the date joined is an issue. I'm not sure what Fitbit could do, but you can contact customer support. I know they have redone our profiles over the past day or so, which could account for it.
