Fitbit Alta Not Receiving Notifications via iPhone XS

I just got a new iPhone XS today, and had the iPhone 6S previously. I have had no issues with notifications or connecting via Bluetooth with the 6S. Now I am connected via Bluetooth but am not receiving notifications on my Alta. iPhone XS is listed on the compatibility list here. iPhone XS is up to date on the latest software version. Please help! I rely on my Alta so much for text/call notifications while I'm at work.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having difficulties to receive notifications from your new cellphone. Thank you for letting us know that your phone has the latest software version and for verifying the list of compatible devices. When your Fitbit Alta starts receiving notifications from your phone, it creates a "bond". In order to remove this "bond" it is necessary removing your Alta from the list of Bluetooth devices on your iPhone 6S. Then, please add your Alta to the Bluetooth of your new iPhone XS.
