Fitbit Alta Pairing

I've had a few issues with my battery life, and that seems to have settled, but now my texts and calls don't appear on my alta from my Iphone 6 . I have reminders to move on and that works, but calls and texts have stopped appearing. When I click the notifications in my app, it tells me it needs to pair bluetooth with my Alta, but it is paired as it syncs regularly. am I missing something?

@Neller I can definitely help! So having a tracker paired to your account is not the same as having a Bluetooth bond between your Alta and iPhone.

Things like call, text, and calendar notifications all require a Bluetooth bond, but a Bluetooth bond is not required for syncing your tracker.

You can setup notifications in the Fitbit App by: clicking the account button in the bottom right-hand corner > click the Alta tile near the top > click notifications and follow the on-screen instructions.

If for you are unable to set up notifications using the instructions above for some reason, I'd then recommend the troubleshooting steps listed here.

Let me know if you need any additional assistance!

I've tried clicking on notifications and it just has the working icon indefinitely. In my settings it shows as connected via Bluetooth. I will try the reset when I get home tonight as my charger isn't with me.
