I've had my Fitbit Alta for months now and it's been synced with my app on my IPhone - however in the last few weeks it won't connect now and won't sync any of my data - how can I fix this - I've even deleted my Alta and tried to readd it but it will never connect - it says it's found my tracker but won't connect

If you're still experiencing inconveniences connecting your tracker, I'd like to recommend checking @HelenaFitbit's excellent instructions in how to troubleshoot these issues as they have been very helpful for many members in the Community.
Give them a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else!
