My Iphone SE used to connect to Fitbit Alta and it stopped working now.
I have up-to date IOS version (12.1) on iPhone. I did multiple times off/on Bluetooth on phone but no use. Charging on Alta is full. i am able to connect to PC using USB but not to iPhone. Please help me

The usual things to try when you get connection issues are:
- restart phone
- restart fitbit using this procedure: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186/
- restart fitbit a few more times (it doesn't always work)
- "forget" the fitbit in the phone's bluetooth settings
- go through fitbit's troubleshooting guide at: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1866/
- if none of that works then contact customer support: contact.fitbit.com
