Fitbit Alta wont set up with phone.

I am trying to set up my Alta to my iphone and the phone wont find the alta when searching for it. I have tried all the solutions that I have read on here and still no luck. I have also tried to restart the alta then starting from scratch and still it wont sync with my phone.

Can someone help please

Which troubleshooting steps have you tried so far? Which iOS version is your iPhone running? At this moment my recommendation would be force-closing the app by double tapping the home button and swiping up the app. Then, restart your Alta and leave it plugged in and charging. Make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices around that might interfere with the set up process and that you have a strong Wi-Fi signal, then open the Fitbit app and try to set up your Alta once again. 

 

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try a couple of times and if your Alta is still not setting up, please reply to me to I can check this further.
