Hello and welcome @BKielec
I understand your having issues with your Fitbit App freezing and crashing after the iOS 13.1.2 update. I hope I can help. Let’s first insure that your device is indeed compatible with the new Fitbit App. You can check for that compatibility here: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2315/?q=Compatible&l=en_US&fs=Search&pn=1 If you find it is indeed compatible I would suggest a complete uninstall/reinstall of the Fitbit app.
I hear this a lot since the new iOS update is super pesky about security permissions etc. I have seen that reinstalling your Fitbit app completely greatly improves this issue. You will not lose any data doing this.
Here’s how:
1. Log out of the Fitbit app and force shut the app by swiping up
2. completely uninstall the Fitbit App from your device
3. now completely shut down your device and wait about 1 min then restart your device
4. once your device has reloaded reinstall the Fitbit app by downloading it from the App Store
5. once it’s installed, log into your device as you normally would with username and password
6. don’t touch anything in the app...just wait until you get a prompt from your Bluetooth.
7. When prompted by your Bluetooth tap yes
8. now try to sync
😃 Please let me know if I provided you with the best answer to resolve your issue.

I was able to bring up a map of my work, which I found by accident (never new I could do that).
After looking at the map, I tried to bring up 2 other dates, and now the app is frozen, can see sleep, add water or food. I’ve shut down the phone, didn’t help. I’ve seen info about a forced shut down and uninstall, will I lose all the previous workouts, food and water entries if I do the uninstall and reinstall?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @ppd8875.
Thank you for joining the thread and sharing the details of the issue you're experiencing. I appreciate your efforts to resolve this and I am glad to assist you. You shouldn't lose your previous data if you uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app. I recommend syncing your device before doing that.

Let me know how it goes, I'll be around.
